you'd have to talk with a provider for something like that. There might be some companies on the internet that will allow you to set up accounts for that.
What you can do, which can be cheaper dependsing on your plan, is set up a dummy phone to recive the texts, and use other means to send out questions or what ever you plan to do,
unlimited texting plans are not to expensive, and if this is only a one time deal, it might be cheaper to do it like this.
