How do I start a profitable comedy night at a local bar or lounge?

I'm a local comedian and I was wondering:
1-How do I approach a club owner with the idea?
2-What kind of offer do I make as far as money?
That kind of stuff.
I'm planning a show that would be 5-6 comedians, all doing 10-15 minutes. 2 hour show tops.
