How do I sort this virus problem?

My computer produces an "error message" each time I try to open Windows Live Messenger, Itunes or my internet browser (error for Google Tool Bar). I think there must be a virus in the system but I can't work out what links these particular programs. The error message says that "the program is not designed to run on Windows or it has an error" and apparently is a "Bad Image". For ITunes, the error is Windows Error 193.

If necessary I will back up all my important files and wipe the computer completely clean and reinstall everything again, but I really don't want to lose all my music.
 
just get a usb flash drivwe go to a friends house download superantispyware to the usb drive then install it and run it on ur computer
