How do i solve this " when i wear the lab gloves my palms start sweating and

i cant keep it on anymore"? i a pharmacy student , i spend most of my time at college inside Laboratories so i always have to wear the Lab Gloves for experiments but as soon as i wear the gloves, My palms start sweating alotthat i cant take it on anymore and take it off. i need help what shall i do about this?
if there is anything i can do about my hands or the gloves would someone help me ?
