I am setting up a website where I am selling some illustrations and drawings I made. I am using Pay Pal to receive money from purchases. I have a question though, when someone purchases a product how do I ship it to them exactly since the product is (usually) created on the computer. Would I send a printed copy to their address or is there an option that will send the correct file to their e-mail. I am new to Pay Pal and online business so it is bit confusing for me, thanks.
