How do I setup an FTP or LAN connection on my Motorola Cliq?

I'm running Windows XP and I'm trying to use the EStrongs File Explorer app to transfer files from my computer to my phone. When I open up the app, hit the LAN tab and go Menu > New >Server >Scan the only way my computer shows up is if I disable my firewall. Then it says login failure try new username/password, which I'm stumped on. I have no idea what to put for this part, there are multiple accounts on the computer and mine is password protected, but when I put in the account name & password, nothing. I have a 2WIRE router if that helps
