I have read a lot and know that I am supposed to press and hold 1. After doing that, the options are to "leave a message, please redial the 10-digit mailbox number of the person you are calling, if you have a mailbox on this system, please press pound." If I press pound, "please enter the mailbox number specified by your system manager." So I tried my actual number, which didn't work, then I tried the number listed under "Voicemail" on my phone, which didn't work either. What do I do?
