TIRED OF SPAM

I just got my new samsung reclaim yesterday and don't like the ringers that are on it. I have the micro sd card and a card reader for it but I'm not sure how to set a mp3 file or any file on it as a ringer. The files on the micro sd card are: my_sounds, my_pix, my_flix, my_music, music, DCIM, and filestore. Any help is appreciated.
