How do I set up my Bluetrek Tattoo Bluetooth on my Rumor2?

I lost the book to set up the bluetooth but it is a Bluetrek Tattoo Bluetooth Headset and on the bottom of the box it says Tattoo Bluetooth HF Kit ST00

and I have an LG Rumor 2 phone.
