How do I set Photoshop CS3 to my pen pressure?

I thought it would've been automatic but apparently not. Is it also possible to have pen pressure in mspaint? I highly doubt it but a girl can hope. xD

At any rate, back to my question, if it is possible to set it permanent for whenever I plug it in, please tell me.
