how do i set my fujitsu siemens laptop back to factory settings?

Its a esprimo mobile, model V5535, windows vista basic.
I dont have the disks that the computer came with anymore.

My computer keeps frezzing and is running very slow. I have done a disk clean up and nortons virus scan regular and computer is still slow and frezzing..

Please help..
