how do i send screenshots to runescape mod or staff?

i took a screenshot of someone botting and saying that he bots and i wana report him and send a screenshot to runescape staff?

do they have an email?
If not anyway i can send them the screenshot also meaning picture?
 
Look on the Runescape homepage. They probably have links to contact support there.

In the future, the best way to do this would be to just report the person. It's the last tab in the chat area. If you report, they can check the chat logs from the report time. It's better than a screenshot because screenshots can be photoshopped. They'd need more proof.
