How do i send ringtones o my pone for free from the internet without bluetooth?

ummmmmmm....i dont have blootooth...but my phone can store ringtones and songs and stuff like that...i was wondering if theres a website that i type in my number and they can send me ringtones???
 
It is easier to download the ringtones to your computer, plug your phone into the computer and transfer them to the phone. I use zedge.com to download tones. Works great.
