How do i send pictures from my computer to my verizon phone?

i tried using my yahoo to send the pictures but it wont work it says pic removed .... im tryin to figure out how i do it in one easy shot without the resize issues . Can someone give me step by steps ? or a website link that does it free and way easier than this . its annoying me . thanks
