How do I send pictures from a Samsung SGH-C417 which has been unlocked from Cingular...

...and now works with T-Mob.? Every time I try to send a picture message it says,"Network Unavailable". I got the phone from a friend who doesn't use it now, but it was being used with Cingular before. I found an unlock code online, it worked, and everything on the phone works awesome now except sending picture messages. Can anyone help? Is there another code I can put in that will somehow make picture messaging available? It's not a block from T-Mobile because of my plan either, when I use my other phone I can receive picture messages, but cannot send or receive on the SGH-C417.
