How do I send pics in my phone to my itouch by using Bluetooth ?!?

I have AT&T neon and can you please give me proper steps on how to have a successful connection and send pics to my itouch . Sorry if it's not info for you I just don't know how to explain it any further . Thanks :) please be polite and informative when asking :)
