how do i send photos/images/jpegs as part of the email body and not as an attachment?

i've been trying to know how i can send images/photos as part of the email body (loads within the email/letter) and not as an attachment... but it won't work when i simply choose ATTACH and choose the file.

Also, how can I make that image/photo which is part of the email body as a clickable link...

please, please help. I need to learn this to email blast some announcements to a group.
