How do i send mms with t mobile on iphone 4 4.2.1?

Hello, I am using the Iphone 4 with T Mobile (Software version 4.2.1) and i can't send MMS, does anyone know how i can do this without jailbreaking? Some say i can go to the network settings, but it only works on older software versions,, any help please??
