having ad revenue? I've decided to create and distribute at no cost a local special interest magazine with all revenue coming from advertising. I have enough capital to print an issue. However, I've yet to gauge interest from advertisers. Any ideas on what I should do first?
Try to outright sell ad space? What if I don't get enough advertisers and I'm already committed to customers?
Or should I at least try to gauge interest from potential advertisers? Is there a way to get advertisers to commit until I can be sure I have enough to move forward?
