How do I say that I want to quit my Job?

I am supposed to be working in 7 hours but I've had enough of working there. I wash up, the room is cramped small and hot, the staff are rude and the pay is OK, last night I came home with a migraine but I want to quit but don't know what to say, do I ring them and say what, I'm 15.
 
Depending on where you work, it is general courtesy to submit a two weeks notice. This gives them time to find a replacement before you quit. If you hate the job that much, though, just slap your boss in the face or something and yell I QUIT in his or her face.
 
You need to get to the point where your responsibility over-rides your desire not to work. Right now it is easy to say "I quit", but later on when you have bills that must be paid if you say that your electricity will get turned off, your car repossessed and your home will be foreclosed. Any job no matter how small and miserable it might seem to you is a stepping stone. You can quit this one without too much problem, but you should do it in person. At least go there and just tell them you are not at all happy withthe conditions, and ask them to fix it. See what happens. The worst that can happen is they say "You can't quit, you're fired!" The best that happens is you get a raise and better conditions. If you just stay home you lose out on some unknown possibility.
