how do i save this owners manual in Adobe to a flash drive?

i am trying to save this entire file to a flash drive, when i click save target as, it only saves the first page, and not the whole document. I want it to work out so that the links on the first page can be followed. Any help would be great, here is the link:

please check that the links actually work because all the tips i have gotten have only allowed the first page to be saved.
