how do i save my ringtone to my Motorola hint BN60 from metro pcs?

I have a Motorola Hint BN60 and i know how to get to the down-loadable file but when i try to save it it says (cant save file to phone) or something like that. PLEASE HELP!!
p.s. i can save everything else to my file from the internet just not ringtones
