I need to save a photo I took with a digital camera as a jpg with lowercase letters because I need to submit it for an online contest. I have the picture saved as a JPG with capital letters but obviously I need lowercase. How can I save this as a jpg? Which programs can I use? I already tried copying it to paint and saving but it didn't work and I don't have photoshop. What else can I do?
