How do i save a ringtone to my samsung intensityy???? please helpp.?

okay so, i found an awesome website, and another one actually .. but when it sends to my phone , it wont let me download it , just play it .. how do i get it as my ringtone its driving me crazyyyyy!
i dont need a website i just need to know how to save it to my phone , thanks :) xo
