how do i save a movie in Adobe Premiere Pro CS3?

i put in a bunch of clips in premiere pro then put in the audio and some effects like transitions then now what? how do i save it? i tried exporting it but its so small... , it says 720x576 but the movie itself is small and just in the middle and the extra area are all black... the clips i have put in are all 960x540 and the audios i put in are in mp3 and wmp.. how do i save it into a movie that i can actually watch... tnx in advance..
