I know how to write it, but I am used to JavaScript (client-side). Is it possible to work with PHP-- i.e. make my own apps-- without a server? I'm thinking the answer is no, so what then? Do I need to purchase a server? IS THERE NO WAY TO DO SERVER-SIDE SCRIPTING (PHP/PYTHON) FOR FREE?
