i am 14 years old and i am a freshman/9th grade and im on my high schools track and field team
i am 5'4" and i weigh about 117-119 pounds
my legs r very muscular
i have abbs
my arms are alright a little muscular
but i am slow running my 200 meter sprint
i am one of the slowest girls on the team and i really dont understand why
i go to practice everyday i work hard and i still cant run fast enough
i want to know how to run and train for a 200 meter sprint.
