How do I rip a flash movie?

I'm not even sure if it's the right term, but I want to get a movie from a website similair to youtube (www.liveleak.com).

I just want to be able to watch it a few times without having to download it every single time.

can someone who is feeling like an absolute legend please direct me to some software or something that can do this?
