How do I ride my bicycle in my house?

I have a mountain bicycle that i can't ride outside sometimes because of the weather. I want to know the name of the device that lifts the bicycle wheels off the ground so it remains stationary and will allow me to ride the bicycle inside without the wheels touching the ground.

They are called trainers and you can buy them at a number of places. Try Performance Bike or Bike Nasbar bike the sites listed below you can order online from either or call which ever yo prefer or you can try your local bike shop but you will probably pay more at the LBS.
