...fatigued to exercise, etc.? I really want to eat right and exercise to feel better, but due to the fatigue caused by my depression, I hardly have energy to take care of my basic needs. How do I break this very frustrating catch-22?
Had the same problem! You need to take Vitamin B! Start taking a b-complex which is a complex of all the b vitamins. up to 75mg a day seems to be good. Also take a separate B12 tablet. B12 is VERY important for energy and the kind thats in the complex most times doesn't get absorbed at all! You must use Methylcobalamin (methyl-B12). Its a sublingual tab you dissolve under your tongue. I take up to 4mg of this everyday and it has given me alot more energy..not nervous energy but just awake, content and calm. The B12 is a big part but be sure to take a b-complex with it to keep the b's all balanced. This will help ALOT. It was like overnight with me. I had energy the second day I took them and wasn't thinking of going for naps at all!
