How do I reset my video minutes and photos left on my Palm Centro?

Every time I take a picture and send it through picture mail it tells me it has such many pictures left and when I delete the picture from my phone it still stays on the same number. The same thing is with video I record a video then I erase it but it tells me I still have such minutes left for video. So I was wondering how can I reset my minutes left for video and pictures left to take on my Palm Centro phone?
