How do i reset my sony ericsson? It has a code on it and i forgot the code?

Im trying to reset it because i changed the code and now i forget it so i cant get onto my phone.. someone help please because i even put in my PUK code but thats for my sim card so once that got unlocked i still had to put in my cell phone code... someone help please!
