I pushed the itty bitty button on the bottom of the MP3 that says RESET, but it doesn't change anything. I turn it on, and all my music is still on it. I went to settings, looked for Factory Settings, told it to restore factory settings, still everything is on it. What am I doing wrong? It's been having a connecting issue for a few months now, and I just got the guts to try and reset it. It won't even reset.
