I bought a t-mobile sidekick lx from one of my friends for my little brother , and I went to tmobile to buy a sim card for it . I was told I had to call customer care to activate it . We were in the process of doing so , but wasnt able to reset the username on the phone , because there wasnt an old one set to the phone . so what else is there to do ?
