How do I reset a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix driver's side window?

I had a faulty motor for my driver's side window and replaced it. Now I am having an incredibly tough time getting the glass back in the tracks inside the door. Is there a trick to getting it lined up I'm unaware of, or a suggestion? Thanks for the help.

Make sure clips are on Taps where glass slides into track!

You should have wedged the glass in place before you removed the old motor, then re-install the new motor. That's the correct way. Not sure why you removed the whole glass.
