How do I request an extension for paying back my financial aid?

I have been receiving the pell for about two semesters now, but my second semester I switched to a different school (I regret now and will not be returning next semester.) so this time I got pell and loans. I spent the refund and actually ended up not participating in any of my classes past the like....third week. Its online. I moved. No more computer. :/ I want to return to my new local community college under pell only....but I have to wait to pay back that loan....can't afford it now. I have heard of people getting six month extensions so they can return to school and not have to worry about paying the loan until after they graduate. Can I apply for this? This is my first time screwing up my aid, so will I most likely be put on watch or whatever? Probation? How do I request an extension? Thanks.
