How do I reply to a TextPlus message to an ipod touch from a Verizon Env3?

When ever my girlfriend tries texting me with textplus on her ipod touch, I get the message, but it won't let me reply. This has happened a few times. ONCE, it has said to add t2 to the beginning of the message, but that was only 1 time. Every other time, like just now, it just says "Reply w/ your msg (or reply MENU for options)" And when I try to reply, I get an error message saying:
From: 606-110-05
60611005 Unable to deliver message. Sent to an invalid number. Try again

It's not asking for a t code this time, what do I do? PLEASE answer if you know? I really want to know how to fix this. Thank you
