Everything was working fine until I started up the bike last night, and the tail light "light" on the consul turned on, and the light wasn't working (neither day light or when I pressed the brakes). How do I replace the bulb (remove the plastic red casing)?

Sorry, it's a 650 cc.
I took the seat off, but I am not able to reach back far enough without taking off the side casing. The only thing is, is that I'm not sure how to take it off. There aren't screws, or bolts holding it in, they're more like tacks that the covers are clipped to. What tool would be able to remove the clips?
