how do i replace the motor for my driver side window for a 1991 Honda Accord Ex coupe...

...if the window doesn't ro? my driver side window will not roll down. i assume the motor is gone and i need to replace it. but how do i replace the motor if the window will not roll down. the window is not completely up and there is a little opening near the top. is there a way i can manually roll it up or down? any advice would be appreciated. thanks
