How do I replace the blower motor in my 2005 dodge grand caravan?

it's the resistor. remove the glove box. 2 screws hold in resistor. parts place can show you a diagram.

Turned on the A/C and nothing came out. The blower has been sounding kinda funny. I'm assuming that the blower motor has gone out. Any other ideas? Taking it to the dealer is not an option. ($$)
