how do i replace a fuel injector on a 1991 honda civic dx?

I just replaced my fuel filter in hopes that it will fix a bigger problem. Obviously that didnt work or else i would be asking for more help. Now i want to replace the fuel injector. Can anyone tell me how to replace it?
 
you would be better off just going to a junkyard and buying a different intake manifold for your car
