How do i replace a driver-side windshield wiper on a 1995 Ford Explorer?

i've got a 1995 ford explorer and my driver side windshield wiper doesn't work. I've tried to remove the arm to access the motor to replace it but i can not figure out how to remove the arm.
usually there would be a cap to snap off and just unscrew the bolt but in this case there is no cap is all one piece
