How do I repair sagging doors on my 1989 Ford F-150 XLT Lariat?

Both of my doors, especially the passenger door is sagging really bad. The passenger side is sagging so bad that it won't latch until I lift it really hard before closing it.

Time to replace your upper hinge pins. You can get new ones in the HELP parts section of Advance Auto or AutoZone. You will have to make a door support or have a friend hold up the door when you pull and replace the pins. Do one pin at a time.
