How do I remove wiper fluid nozzles (1998 Dodge Caravan)?

How do I remove the wiper fluid spray nozzles on my 1998 Dodge Grand Caravan. Unlike many vehicles, the nozzles are not located on the hood but on the air vent between the hood and the base of the windshield. Can they just be pulled off, will I have to remove the whole vent cover or are they removed some other way?
