How do i remove the safeguard on my Verizon phone.. without having the password into the account?

So I have a verizon phone, and my parents put a safeguard on it... soo when i get in trouble they 100% restrict my use and I can only text them, I dont know the password to the account, so I have no way to take it off, do you think i can just call the verizon store or something to remove it? orr any other ideas?
