How do I remove the "City ID" application from my verizon phone?

I have an LG Chocolate Touch, and everytime someone calls me and I press end, the City ID application thing starts and tries to renew my subscription or something? But my phone is flashed to cricket, so this thing is pointless for me....is there anyway I can remove it??? I have Bitpim, if that helps.
 
Look thru the menus on your phone, and you can delete / cancel / remove it from there.

Media Center > Browse & Download > City ID. Click on “options” (little picture of a gear)then “Remove”.
