how do i remove the arrows on my nokia n97?

i recently buyed n97 not the mini and i dowenloaded iron man 2 the game it worked perfectly but i dont know what i did arrows aperd on the scream and i cant see the game fully cuz the arrows block a large part of it how do i remove them plz help
 
either remove battery for ten mins or check menu .settings,Connectivity/Admin settings/Packet Data.select when needed if no joy try below these codes back up games and data 1st
soft reset the device by typing in *#7780# security code is 12345
or hard reset the device *#7370# security code 12345
