Needed to replace passenger side wheel bearing on my Escape. Got caliper bracket, rotor, axel nut off. Unscrewed to nut holding the abs sensor in place expecting it to slide off.....nothing...it's almost as if it's glued in place. I've read on various forums there are tone rings available for both rear wheels and drivers side can be brought at auto parts stores, but the front passenger must be brought from the dealer. Why is the sensor not coming off? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
