My neighbour decided to spray his wooden fence with some sort of wood preservative and my car was parked at the other side (div!) and now I need to get it off. It comes off if i scratch it with my finger nail, but it would take ages to do it this way! I also tried usig a scourer, but that scratched the surface of the car (which I then had to sort out with rubbing compound and polish!).
