I have a ceramic wizard statue, it has been painted with gaudy bold colors, probably acrylic or egg tempera. Plus some glitter paint, which looks like nail polish!
I have a second wizard statue of the same mold and size that was painted and glazed.
Okay, here's my issue. If the badly painted statue is glazed underneath the ugly paint, what do I do to remove the ugly paint?
OR
If the statue is just the white ceramic layer underneath the bad paint, what do I do?
I do not want to damage the statue, so please give me solutions that won't destroy the statue with harsh chemicals.
